A private teaching institution (course) sells books which are bought from a wholesaler, to students for a certain price. The institution gets the books from a wholesaler with zero VAT. In this case, will be there any exemption for VAT for the invoices issued to students?

The VAT is not collected wherever the books are sold. VAT is not charged for the books sold in the education institutions.
