With the Presidential Decree No. 4936 published in the Official Gazette dated December 22, 2021, the dividend withholding tax rate was reduced from 15% to 10%.
The dividend distribution withholding tax rate for 2023 and earlier dividends to be distributed in 2024 will be applied as 10%.
