The administrative fine is imposed on the rate of one-tenth of a minimum wage per employee with social security insurance, if the termination of employment is not submitted within the legal period, pursuant to Article 102 of Law No. 5510.
Also, if the notice is submitted by the relevant persons within 30 days after the legal period has passed and the penalty is paid within 15 days from the day following the notification date, the penalty shall be applied on the amount corresponding to a quarter rate.
