When a person, who is 49 years and 8 months old, starts working with Social Security and completes 1 year, she/he will be 50 years and 8 months old. How many working days should be for the paid leave duration of the person who will have right to take? If this person continues to work in the company, what should be the annual leave duration to be taken in the following years?
Annual paid leave durations to be granted to the workers are as follows:
- a) The duration cannot be less than fourteen days for the person whose service period is from one to five years (including five years).
- b) The duration cannot be less than twenty days for the person whose service period is more than five years and less than fifteen years.
- c) The duration cannot be less than twenty-six days for the person whose service period is fifteen years (including) and more.
(Additional clause: 10/9/2014-6552/5 art.) The annual paid leave durations granted to the workers working in underground shall be increased by four days. However, the annual paid leave duration for workers who are eighteen years old and younger and fifty years old or older shall not be less than twenty days.)
