According to preliminary data, in January-December 2022, enterprises of the republic produced industrial products in Uzbekistan worth 551.1 trillion soums, the index of physical volume of industrial production compared to the same period in 2021 amounted to 105.2%.
An analysis of the differentiation of industrial output per capita for January-December 2022 showed a significant excess of the national average (15 458.1 thousand soums) in Navoi region (80 546.7 thousand soums), Tashkent city (36 873.8 thousand soums) and Tashkent region (31 354.3 thousand soums).
In the structure of production, the largest share falls on manufacturing enterprises (83.2%), the volume of production of which amounted to 458.2 trillion soums.
In January-December 2022, the largest share in the total volume of industrial production in the republic was the city of Tashkent (19.5%), Tashkent (16.9%), Navoi (15.3%), Andijan (9.8%) and Fergana (5.5%) of the region. Compared to the same period in 2021, the average indicators of industrial production in the republic increased due to the enterprises of Andijan (122.6%), Khorezm (115.1%) and Kashkadarya (110.5%) regions.
The volume of products produced by mining and quarrying enterprises in January-December 2022 amounted to 52.5 trillion soums, or 9.5% of the total industry.
In January-December 2022, manufacturing enterprises produced goods worth 458.2 trillion soums, or 83.2% of the total volume of industry.
