In April 2022, turnover from the sale of services in Slovenia was higher at the monthly level (by 1.1%) as well as at the annual level (by 25.2%).

At the monthly level the highest growth in information and communication activities

Turnover from the sale of services increased by 1.1% over the previous month. It increased the most in information and communication activities (by 8.9%). Turnover was also higher in transportation and storage activities (by 2.1%), in administrative and support service activities (by 1.1%) and in real estate activities (by 0.7%). On the other hand, it was lower than in March in accommodation and food service activities (by 4.3%) and in professional, scientific and technical activities (by 0.2%).

At the annual level higher in all activities, the most in accommodation and food services

Turnover from the sale of services was 25.2% higher than a year ago. At the annual level, all observed groups of service activities contributed to the growth of turnover. It increased the most in accommodation and food service activities (by 187.8%); it was higher both in accommodation and in food and beverage service activities. In administrative and support service activities it was higher by 26.0%, in real estate activities by 22.7%, in transportation and storage activities by 17.9%, in information and communication activities by 17.4% and in professional, scientific and technical activities by 15.9%.
