The Serbian Chamber of Commerce’s Centre for Digital Transformation (CDT) is launching a program to support the digital transformation of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy, and has invited businesses to apply for grants ranging from 6,000 to 12,000 euros.
This initiative, which will be offered for the third time, focuses on enhancing SMEs’ competitiveness by providing contemporary tools and allowing them to elevate their firm to a higher level with the support of digital transformation professionals. All businesses with 5 to 249 employees are eligible to apply, and the initiative will run until the grant funds are depleted.
The reward of up to 6,000 euros corresponds to the amount the company is willing to invest in digital transformation activities, as mentioned.
“For example, if a company spends 6,000 euros on acceptable software or hardware, the CDT will decide a non-repayable award of the same amount. If the company decides to implement solutions based on artificial intelligence (AI), in that case, it is entitled to a grant of 12,000 euros.”
