When the parties include a probationary period in the employment contract, it may be for a maximum of 2 months. However, the probationary period may be extended up to 4 months by collective labor agreements.
During the probationary period, the parties may terminate the employment contract without notice and without compensation. The wages and other rights of the employee for the days worked are reserved.
