The cancellation applications for the work permits granted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security are done via internet.
The petition signed by the employer or the representative of the employer (the date and the reason of dismissal must be stated in the petition) needs to be uploaded in the system as a pdf file for the cancellation to be processed.
Cancellation applications are done by:
1- Entering the e-state system with passwords
2- Choosing Application Monitoring in the Applications menu
3- Application Status – Permit Cancellation Request
The petition entered in the system will not be sent to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
