One of my taxpayers that I keep its accounting records, serves as an intermediary for Facebook and Google ads. A 15% stoppage tax is declared with withholding declaration in return for the advertisement service received from Google and Facebook. While invoicing the advertisement price to the advertiser in Turkey, will we reflect this 15% stoppage in the invoice?

No withholding is reflected. 18% VAT is calculated on the invoice to be issued regardless of the name of price you have received.
