National Bureau of Statistics informs that in February 2024 producer prices in industry:
  • decreased by 0.1% compared to January 2024;
  • decreased by 0.8% since the beginning of the current year and by 2.8% compared to February 2023.

In extractive industry, producer prices in February 2024 decreased by 0.3% compared to January 2024, and compared to December 2023 prices increased by 3.4% and compared to February 2023 – by 4.5%.

In manufacturing industry, producer prices in February 2024 decreased by 0.1% compared to January 2024, compared to December 2023 – by 0.2% and compared to February 2023 – by 2.4%.

In the energy sector, producer prices in February 2024 remained at the same level as in January of this year, while compared to December 2023 they decreased by 7.9% and compared to February 2023 – by 9.2%.
