Our natural person taxpayer wanted to convert his unlimited company to an ordinary partnership by finding a partner. However, incentives of Social Security Institution (SSI) are lost in order that there is a new registration for workplace, when it is converted to Ordinary Partnership due to the fact that incentive of SSI continues through unlimited company now. If we notify our ordinary partnership as WORKPLACE TRANSFER, not as a new registration, can SSI make the transfer of workplace in this way?

The incentives are maintained on the basis of SSI workplace file.

If SSI continues the file as transfer of workplace, the incentives will maintain.
