▪ The inflation rate since the beginning of the year (February 2023 compared to December 2022) is 1.3%.
▪ The annual inflation rate in February 2023 compared to February 2022 is 15.5%.
▪ The average rate of change in consumer prices over the last 12 months (March 2022-February 2023) as compared to the previous 12 months (March 2021-February 2022) is 14.9%.
The Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) – indicator for determining inflation across the EU
▪ The Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices in February 2023 compared to January 2023 is 100.98%.
▪ The HICP-based annual inflation rate in February 2023 compared to February 2022 is 13.4%.
▪ The HICP-based average rate of change in consumer prices over the last 12 months (March 2022-February 2023) as compared to the previous 12 months (March 2021-February 2022) is 13.0%.
