Construction Cost Index, April 2018

Construction cost index increased monthly by 2.03%

In April 2018, construction cost index (CCI) increased by 2.03% compared with previous month and increased by 19.91% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 2.66% and labour index increased by 0.67% compared with the previous month. Also, material index increased by 22.01% and labor index increased by 15.54% compared with the previous year.

Building construction cost index increased monthly by 1.69%

Building construction cost index , increased by 1.69% compared with previous month and increased by 19.25% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 2.23% and labour index increased by 0.57% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 21.18% and labour index increased by 15.37% compared with the previous year.

Construction cost index for civil engineering increased monthly by 3.15%

Construction cost index for civil engineering, increased by 3.15% compared with previous month and increased by 22.15% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 4.01% and labour index increased by 1.06% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 24.72% and labour index increased by 16.18% compared with the previous year.
