At Jiangxi Jiepei Industrial Internet Co Ltd in Shangrao city, East China’s Jiangxi province, a digital system connecting 1 million electronic research and development (R&D) engineers, 100,000 upstream and downstream factories, and customers from more than 210 countries displays real-time information.
According to General Manager Huang Cheng, the company can follow and analyze specific order progress in real time using this in-house built digital system, ensuring that each order is finished on time.

At the 2022 China Digital Economy Industry Conference, held in Shangrao from August 20 to 21, more than 300 experts in the field, including professionals, academics, and business executives, addressed recent developments in China’s digital economy and its prospects for growth.
The development of the digital economy has become essential for achieving economic recovery and advancing sustainable development, according to Xu Yanhao, deputy Party secretary of the China Association for Science and Technology.
According to Xu, China has released a number of policies and initiatives to support the growth of the digital economy.
According to data, China’s digital economy grew significantly from 11 trillion yuan ($1.6 trillion) in 2012 to 45.5 trillion yuan in 2021, constituting 39.8% of the nation’s GDP at that time.
The size of China’s digital economy has long been ranked second globally, according to a recently published white paper on the subject.
