Serbia’s industrial sales rose by 15.8% year-on-year in July after increasing by an annual 6.2% the month before, mainly driven by the growth in manufacturing, the statistical office said.

In annual terms, turnover in manufacturing rose 15% growth, compared with 5% annual growth in June, the statistical office said in a data release.

Turnover in mining and quarrying recorded a 36% rise year-over-year in July, compared to a 32.6% increase in the prior month.

Domestic industrial sales rose by 13.5% on the year in July, while sales abroad increased by an annual 18.8%.
