Temporary presence of insured persons abroad due to their work

ARTICLE 10- If the insured persons listed in subparagraph (a) of the first paragraph of Article 4 are sent abroad by their employers on a temporary duty, if the insured persons listed in subparagraph (c) are sent abroad in accordance with the procedure specified in their legislation, or if the insured persons listed in subparagraph (b) are abroad due to work that is the basis for insurance, the rights and obligations of the insured persons and employers regarding social security continue as long as they perform these duties.
