Energy prices fell 1.8% in June, led by coal (-13.1%) and crude oil (-1.2%), the World Bank’s Pink Sheet reported. Non-energy prices were down by 1.9%.

Agricultural prices dropped 2.4% in June. Food prices declined 3.5%, led by edible oils and meals (-4.9%) and grains (-1.9%). Beverage prices gained 1.1% while raw material prices changed little. Fertilizer prices declined 9.3%, led by TSP (-19.7%) and Urea (-12.7%) .

Metal prices changed little as a group in June, as increases in iron ore (+7.9%) and tin (+6.6%) were offset by declines in zinc (-4%) and aluminum (-3.7%). Precious metals fell 2.7%.
