National Bureau of Statistics of Moldova informs that in May 2023 the producer prices in industry decreased by 0,4% compared to April 2023, and increased by 3,1% compared to December 2022 and compared to May 2022 – by 15,0%.
In the extractive industry in May 2023 the producer prices in industry increased by 0,2% compared to April 2023, and increased by 1,8% compared to December 2022 and compared to May 2022 – by 10,5%.
In the manufacturing industry in May 2023 the producer prices in industry decreased by 0,4% compared to April 2023, and increased by 2,8% compared to December 2022 and compared to May 2022 – by 10,8%.
In the energy sector in May 2023 the producer prices in industry remained at the same level as in April this year, and compared to December 2022 prices increased by 6,4% and compared to May 2022 – by 55,6%.
