According to data from the Czech Statistical Office, industrial producer prices in the Czech Republic increased less than anticipated in November.

After growing by 24.1 percent in October, the industrial producer price index increased by 21.3 percent year over year in November. A 22.9 percent increase had been predicted by economists.

Prices in the energy industry increased by 41.5 percent, and those for non-durable consumer products by 23.1 percent, among the major industrial groups.

Inflation in industrial producer prices, which excludes energy, decreased from 15.7 percent in October to 14.6 percent in November.

Producer prices decreased by 1.0 percent on a monthly basis in November. The price increased by more than the 0.3% analysts had predicted.
