In the first 7 months of 2022, compared to the first 7 months of 2021, there was a 78.6% increase in the number of closed companies, 71.1% in the number of cooperatives closed and 5.5% in the number of real person commercial enterprises closed.
– The number of companies established increased by 23.9% compared to the same month last year
In July 2022, the number of companies established increased by 23.9%, the number of cooperatives established by 8.0%, and the number of real person commercial enterprises established by 2.9% compared to July 2021.
In July 2022, the number of closed companies increased by 53.7% compared to the same month of 2021, the number of real person commercial enterprises closed increased by 4.8%, and the number of closed cooperatives decreased by 30.3%.
– The number of cooperatives established in July 2022 decreased by 27.1% compared to the previous month.
Compared to the previous month, the number of companies established decreased by 37.7%, the number of real person commercial enterprises established by 35.3%, and the number of cooperatives established decreased by 27.1%.
Compared to the previous month, the number of closed companies decreased by 39.9%, the number of cooperatives closed by 33.9% and the number of real person commercial enterprises closed by 27.3%.
– No companies were established in Gümüşhane, Bayburt and Ardahan in July 2022
Of the total 8,467 companies and cooperatives established in July 2022, 85.6% were limited liability companies, 12.9% were joint stock companies and 1.4% were cooperatives. 41.4% of the companies and cooperatives were established in İstanbul, 8.9% in Ankara and 5.2% in Antalya.
No company establishment took place in Gümüşhane, Bayburt and Ardahan this month.
