Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) in Türkiye

In May 2022, RPPI increased monthly by 12.4 percent, recorded an annual increase of 145.5 percent in nominal terms and 41.1 percent in real terms.

The Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) (2017=100), which measures quality adjusted price changes of dwellings in Türkiye stands at 430.6 in May 2022 by a monthly increase of 12.4 percent.

The RPPI increased annually by 145.5 percent in nominal terms and by 41.1 percent in real terms.

In May 2022, the RPPI increased monthly by 12.7, 11.9 and 11.5 percent in İstanbul, Ankara and İzmir respectively. İstanbul, Ankara and İzmir recorded an annual increase of 165.4, 147.5 and 139.9 percent respectively.
