Spain is experimenting with a four-day work week to see whether it might help businesses and employees become more productive.
Shorter shifts, according to Más Pas, are the way of the future in a post-pandemic society, with some people choosing more meaningful lives outside of work.
Íñigo Errejón, an MP from Más País says that “We are living a life where there’s no time for anything. We live a stressful life consisting of going from home to work, from work to home, and doing our shopping during the weekend. We end exhausted and start all over again on Monday. That’s not life.”
