​​​​“Turkey hit the highest export volume of September with USD 16.01 billion,” said Minister of Trade Ruhsar Pekcan at a press conference held together with Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) on October 2.

Commenting on the figures, Minister Pekcan said Turkey’s exports increased by 4.8 percent y-o-y and 28.5 percent on monthly basis in September 2020. “Export figures confirm that Turkey’s recovery and normalization processes are continuing successfully,” Pekcan said.
September figures also unveiled that, Turkey’s exports jumped by 34.5 percent in the third quarter of 2020 in comparison with the previous quarter, and total exports hit USD 118.35 billion in the first 9 months of the year. ​
